Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University is commonly known as IPU.
Admission in IPU is through entrance examination conducted in the month of April every year.
After the declaration of result of the entrance examination, selected candidates are called for counseling.
The students who have received counseling notification need to appear for counseling wherever called as in counseling students will known about their college and streams and then students need to complete admission procedure in that very college.

Counseling for upcoming session is already completed and classes will announce in coming week.

Eligibility Criteria for Biotechnology

As Biotechnology fall in B.Tech courses

-> Pass in 12th class of 10+2 pattern of CBSE or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics provided the candidate has passed in each subject separately.

->Candidate must additionally have passed English as a subject of study (core/elective/functional) in the qualifying examination.
