What is the procedure to get admission in Indian colleges for a Bangladeshi student?


I am from Bangladesh. I have finished my H.S.C examination in 2018. Now I want to get admit in Indian university. My SSC GPA is 5.00 and HSC GPA is 3.75. Can I get admission in India? I am very much interested in doing my study in India Government Medical or Engineering college. Now what should be done by me? And, how I will get the opportunity to complete my study in India?
