Anyone who wishes to get into Income Tax department has to appear for the SSC CGL exam .

The eligibility criteria for the exam are as under:-

-The candidate must have passed Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

-The candidate age limit should be in between 18 years to 27 years.There is relaxation in upper age limit for for OBC candidates by 3 years and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

Selection process :

*Written Objective type Examination (Tier 1)

*Written Conventional type Examination (Tier 2)

*Personality test.
