If you wish to apply for an opening hostel for the welfare of college students, then you can do it without permission of college authority.

Make sure that the hostel which you wish to open should not be far away from the college.

Also, if you are opening as girls and boys hostel both, then make sure that the girls and boys hostel building should be a separate one.

Nowadays, most of the rooms are allotted to students at a rate of Rs.3000 per month.

You must initiate mess facility in your hostel so that students should not face trouble in search of good restaurant or tiffin service.
