I want to join army as a major what is qalification required...please tel me the qualifications

actually the qualification starts from 10th onwards
some post in army 10th is enough like as
javan's
soliders
but if you want join good officer you need graduation than you will get good officer post in army.
so please concentrate on higher studies and get good job in army offices

there is no such special criterion for entry into the indian army .
you should have only 60 % in your academic but that is only for
navy .

HI,
If you want to join army as office you have to pass minimum 12th class from recognized university or board. After that you apply for N.D.A.

If you want to join after Graduation then you have to apply through C.D.S

Both NDA and CDS exam are conducted by UPSC.

Age limit
>>NDA :-16.5-19 YEAR
>>CDS :-19-21 YEAR

A candidate should have completed their graduation with atleast 50% from Recognized Universities


Citizenship of INDIA.

Age limite:

• For Indian Military Academy : 19-24 Years
• For Air Force Academy : 19-23 Years
• For Naval Academy : 19-22 Years
• For Officers’ Training Academy :19-25 Years.

Qualification Level:

For Joining Indian Army A candidate must require Nationality of INDIA...

A candidate must have completed their Graduation Degree in any Discipline form Recognized Board.....

Age limit:

1. For Indian Military Academy : 19-24 Years
2. For Air Force Academy : 19-23 Years
3. For Naval Academy : 19-22 Years
4. For Officers’ Training Academy :19-25 Years.

Physical Requirement:

1. Height Should be at least 157 Cm....
   
2. Chest Expansion 5 Cm..
   
3. Eye sight 6/6...
