What is required to do 2nd year from private after doing 1st year from regular?
I have completed my B.Com 1st year as a regular student. But, now I want to do 2nd year as a private student. Is this possible? What is required to do 2nd year from private after doing 1st year from regular? Is there any important thing required to do so?

I have done first or second year from regular college and 3rd year private now I cannot understand how can I get my degree
