What are the requirements to join IIT for Automobile Engineering?
Hi, I want to do B.Tech Automobile Engineering from any of the IITs. So, let me know about all the different admission requirements/eligibility criteria, admission procedure, fees structure and entrance exam details.

Only 12th science(PCM) candidates are eligible for Auto mobile Engineering from IIT. At first you have to seat for JEE main . After clearing the JEE main examination you will be shortlisted for JEE advanced exam. When you will score a good percentile and get a good ranks in JEE advanced. Then you have to go through counselling process conducted by JosAA to select IIT. Then you have to choice the IIT and the stream.
After all these process you will get an addmission in IIT. IIT charges around 167000 rs for two semestar for Automobile engineering. |
