Basic Pay Scale is 7200 when you join the bank after qualifying exam and interview process and on that 80%+ about 5700 and other additional allowances as - TA, HRA then your total salary will be credited in your bank account is about - 15700 INR only after deduction of all chages, taxes etc.

For a bank clerk of State Bank of India the starting overall salary is around the mark of Rs 15000 - Rs 16000 .But gets an extension soon after you work for few months and touches the mark of Rs 20000 - Rs 21000 .
