What should I do after completing B.Tech Civil Engineering?


i had completed my b tech in civil engineering in 2008 and now working in a construction company.but i want to improve my carrier.please suggest me what i've to do?

Dear friend to improve your knowledge and career you can go for higher studies (masters) and after masters you can go for Ph.D
