What should I do having low concentration power?


I cleared my cpt exam and i dont want to do ca but my parents want. I can not study 8 hrs in a day and i have low concentration power what should i do?

# Good concentration level play a vital role in achieving any goal in life.

# Following tips must be followed in order to have good concentration level:

* Never study continuously for longer hours. Take rest of minimum 10 minutes after every 30-40 minutes of study.
* Daily revise the studied matter. Revision of studied matter on daily, weekly and monthly basis in order to have better concentration level.
* Daily perform the pranayama "Anulom-Vilom".
* Daily perform the yogic postures.
* Daily take the vitamin-C rich diet.
* Take balanced diet and seasonal fruits.
* Daily spend little on games like Sudoku in order to have better functioning and exercising of brain.
* Take the help of meditation.
* Daily playing of games such as badminton, table tennis, etc. also help in better concentration level.

Developing your concentration power can bring fruitful results.

For strengthening you concentration power, follow these easy steps.
  • You must love the subject which you are studying. If you like your subject, then only interest will be created towards it and ultimately you can grasp more and more from it.
  • Perform yoga on daily basis regularly. It will keep you away from boredom.
  • You must perform pranayama at least 2 and half a minute. It will help you to improve memory and retention power.
  • Eat healthy food daily and avoid spicy dishes. You must intake fresh fruits and vegetables.
  • "Early to bed and Early to rise". You must sleep properly and also spend at least 20 minutes for meditation in your daily schedule.
