Registration of dak. Maintenance of section diary. File register. File movement register. Index & recording. Typing of letters /applications & other as required by by the authorities. Comparing. Preparation of arrears & other statements. Supervision of correction of reference books & submission of routine & simple draft. Incoming /outgoing mail. Records of files kept in office. Drafting of letter in some cases as required by the authorities.
