i want to know what will be maximum age for next ibps bank po exam, because i am 29 years old so i am eligible to fill up the form or not.(i come in general category).

Bank Exams Age Limits

Common age Limit for clerks

Minimum age 18 years

Maximum age 28 years

Common age limit for PO

Minimum age limit 21 years

Maximum age limit 30 years

There will Upper age limit Relaxations are available for the following candidates

SC/ST candidates - 5 years

OBC candidates - 3 years

PHC candidates - 10 years

Ex-Servicemen - 5 years

Widows, Divorced women etc. - 9 years

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Common written Examination for recruitment in PO Cadre in 19 Public Sector Banks

If you have graduation degree from recognized university then you are applicable for IBPS PO Exam.Your age should be in between 21 to 30 years old.Age relaxation is provide for reserved category.

5 years relaxation for SC/ST Candidates
3 years Upper age relation for OBC Candidates
10 years relaxation for PWD Candidate

Your age now 29 years old so you are applicable for IBPS PO exam but this is your last year .If you are from reserved category then you are applicable upto age relaxation .

Selection process for IBPS PO exam are Written test and Personal Interview.

Probationary Officer Examination Syllabus:-

2. General Awareness
3. Computer Knowledge
4. Reasoning
5. English Language

IBPS Bank PO exam is a annual exam conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Services on the behalf of 19 Public Sector Banks. The results of the IBPS Bank PO are accepted by the 19 Public sector banks in the country.


Below is the eligibility criteria for IBPS Bank PO.


Eligibility

1. You should be Indian citizen.

2. A graduation degree in any stream.

3. Age limit to appear is 20 to 30 years.

4. The age limit is relaxed for OBC by 3 years.

5. Age limit for SC/ST is 35 years.


The IBPS Bank PO exam is conducted in June. The next exam will be conducted in June 2013. If you are inside the age limit then surely you can apply for the IBPS Bank PO Exam.

There are two types of IBPS Exam:

1. IBPS Clerk
   
2. IBPS PO

Eligibility for IBPS Clerk:

>> A candidate must have completed their 10th or 12th Standard with 60% from recognized board exam.....

>> Age for candidate should be between 18 to 28 years.....

Eligibility for IBPS PO:

>> A candidate must have completed their Graduation Degree in any discipline from recognized universities.....

>> Age should be between 21 to 30 years.....

Age Relaxation:

1. For OBC +3 years on upper age...
   
2. For SC/ST +5 years...

Exam Pattern:

1. Reasoning
2. English Language
3. Computer Knowledge
4. General Awareness
5. Quantitative Aptitude

IBPS Conducting bank Po and Clerical posts. Now am giving some of information about the bank PO details.

Eligibility criteria:-

*The candidate should be complete any bachelor's degre at any percentage from any recognised university.

*The candidate must be a citizen of india.

*Final year appearing candidates can also be eligible.

Age criteria:-

*The age limits are 20 years to 30 years,

*3 years age relaxation for the OBC candidates,

*5 years age relaxation for the SC/ST candidates.
