What is the duration of interview (no: Of days) in dehradun?

AFCAT stands for the Air Force Common Admission Test. It is the entrance test conducted by the Indian Air force for selection of candidates to the different wings like:

>>Ground duty branch

>>Technical Air force.

>>Flying wings.

Written test is of two hours duration followed by EKT paper of minutes of your engineering stream. Candidates who clear even one of the paper of AFCAT is called for the interview at different locations like Dehradun, Varanasi, Mysore etc.

Air Force Service Selection is generally of 5-6 days consisting of different tests like Picture perception test, reasoning and aptitude test on first day, also called screening test, those who clear first day and have to appear for different test for regular 4 days.

Again Elimination is done on fifth day of SSB. In these days Ground Task, Word association test, situation reaction test, conference, group discussion and personal interview is conducted.

Those candidates who clear all these stages are further called for the Medical interview that is physical test.

So, at any location the duration of AFCAT SSB is 5-6 days either it is at Dehradun or Varanasi or Mysore.

Candidates opting for Flying wings have to go through PABT test that is Pilot Aptitude Battery test.

Service Selection Board is mainly conducted at three places:

~~Mysore

~~Dehradun

~~Varanasi.

The duration of SSB for Air force is of five days. Further if you clear all the tests you will be called for medical interview.

Day one is screening test, day two is psychological test and day 3 and 4 is group task officer test and day 5 is conference and personal interview.
