I am a 12th student so someone please tell me in detail that when i can get entrance forms for the year 2015-16? when get entrance form for iiser 2015-16

The application forms for IISER 2015 entrance exam has not been provided yet by the council.

However, to apply for IISER entrance exam, you are required to visit the official website which is provided below.

IISER Registration form is to be filled and submitted online. The hardcopy of online application form should be kept for future reference.

All the necessary details regarding IISER 2015 can be derived from the website mentioned above.

You can get IISER 2015 application form directly from online through official website www.iiserpune.ac.in and this can be possible on the month of March 2015.
If you want to get offline Application form, you should send DD in favour of IISER, Pune. Then they will send you the application form via Post. And the last date for getting Application forms will be in the month of March.
