IBPS Stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection and this examination is conducted by Common Written examination for recruitment of 19 public sector banks.

• Start date for Online Registration :- 09.03.2012

• Online Payment of Application Fees :- 09.03.2012 to 30.03.2012

• Offline Payment of Application Fees :- 12.03.2012 to 07.04.2012

• Last date for Online Registration :- 30.03.2012

• Last date for Editing Application Details :- 01.04.2012

• Download of Call letter for Written Examination After :- 04.06.2012

• Date of Written Examination :- 17.06.2012

Eligibility Criteria for IBPS :-

The candidate need to completed bachelor's degree from a recognized University or equivalent qualification and there is no percentage required for this examination.Final year candidates are not eligible to apply for this examination.

The candidate age should be between 20 years to 30 years at the time of appearing for this examination and relaxation is given to the reserved categories.

Upper age limits :-

• 5 yrs :- SC/ST

• 3 yrs :- OBC

• 5 yrs :- Ex-Servicemen

Syllabus of this examination :-

• Reasoning

• English Language

• Quantitative Aptitude

• General awareness

• Computer awareness + Descriptive

I.B.P.S. - Institute Banking of Personnel Section.
C.W.E. - Common Written Examination.

A C.W.E. is conducted by the I.B.P.S. as a pre-requisite for selection personnel for clerical cadre posts twice in 19 public sector bank.

Eligibility Criteria :

1. Nationality -

* Indian
* Nepalese
* Bhutanese
* a Tibetan Refugee.
* an Indian Origin migrated from other country.

2. Age -

Minimum - 18 years
Maximum - 28 years.

5yrs, 3 yrs, and 10 yrs re-lactation for SC/ST, OBC and PD candidates respectively.

3. Educational Qualification -

* must have to get 60% in 10 th standard
* must have get 50% in 12 th standard
* must have to get 50% in degree level.

Generally the notification comes in the middle of the January and the result is declared in June.

Then here is a good news for you..
Recently IBPS has announced the notification of common written exam for BANK PO service..

>>The opening date for online registration is 9th march, 2012..
>>The last date for online registration is 30th march, 2012..

There is no other mode of registration will be accepted..

~~The examination fee is R.s- 50/- (For SC/ST)
~~The examination fee is R.s-450/-(For others)

**The date of commencement of the exam is 17th June, 2012 probably.
**The call letter for the written test will be available after 4th June , 2012..

So, it's the high time to get prepare for the exam..
work hard and try to crack the exam..
