when is navy entrance exam for 2012 /2013....pelase give me the details

To join Indian Navy one has two options with him one by going through National Defense Academy and other through the Combined Defense Services.

Both NDA examination and CDS examination are held by Union Public Service Commission twice every year in two stages which are called as general ability test and Service selection board interview respectively.

The necessary requirement required for these examination for joining Indian Navy are as here under:-

--> You must have the nationality of India for both. Also for NDA examination you must be an unmarried male candidate.

--> Your age for NDA examination must be within 16.5 years to 19 years where as for CDS examination it must be within 19 years to 22 years.

-->You must have senior secondary school degree with PCM as your main subjects for NDA examination where as for CDS you must have bachelor's degree with Physics/ Mathematics/ engineering course from a recognized university.

--> For both examinations you must be physically and mentally fit as per the service requirement norms.

The tentative dates for next NDA examination and CDS examination are 27.09.2015 and 01.11.2015 respectively. Also the last date for applying for the same are 17.07.2015 and 14.08.2015.
