Hi, can anybody please update me about the exact date on which NDA, 2019 exam will be conducted? Is it conducted only once in year or twice? By when should a candidate apply to appear in 2019 examination session?

NDA is conducted by UPSC twice a year. NDA I and NDA II will be conducted on 21st April, 2019 and 17th November, 2019 respectively.

Eligibility
- You must have citizenship of India, Nepal or Bhutan.
- You must be an unmarried male.
- You must have passed (10+2) or equivalent examination in any stream to apply for Army wing and (10+2) with science stream with PCM subjects to apply for Naval or Flying wing.
- Your born must be between 2nd July, 2000 to 1st July, 2003 for NDA I and between 2nd January, 2001 to 1st July, 2004.
- You must be physically fit.

NDA Important Dates

NDA I
- Available Online Application : 9th January, 2019
- Last Date to Apply : 4th February, 2019
- Download Admit Card : 1 or 2 week before examination
- NDA I Exam : 21st April, 2019
- Result Announcement : May, 2019

NDA II
- Available Online Application : 7th August, 2019
- Last Date to Apply : 3rd September, 2019
- Download Admit Card : 1 or 2 week before examination
- NDA II Exam : 17th November, 2019
- Result Announcement : November, 2019

As per my knowledge, NDA exam is conducted by UPSC twice in a year.

NDA 2019 Exam Date:

Exam date for NDA I on 21st April 2019.

Exam date for NDA II on 17th November 2019.

Declaration of result in the month of May 2019 for NDA 1 and November 2019 for NDA 2.

NDA refers to National Defense Academy and to join the same, one is required to qualify NDA entrance examination held twice every year by UPSC.

As far as you are concerned about the dates for NDA 2019 entrance examination,as per UPSC 2019 calendar, NDA I is scheduled to be held on 21.04.2019 while the NDA II is scheduled to be held on 17.11.2019.

Further, the duration of filling application form for NDA I 2019 was 09.01.2019 to 04.02.2019 between while the same for NDA II 2019 will be from 07.08.2019 to 03.09.2019.
