The role of tea garden manager is to supervise and control over all operations that are held in the particular state
The basic qualification that a candidate requires mostly in many companies is
Experience in tea plantation industry if you are a beginner then you will be considered for the post of assistant for the junior manager
the basic education qualification for post of junior manager is bachelor's degree in botany ,agriculture, science, food science ,horticulture or any related field
Candidate who have passed 12th standard with science stream are eligible
The candidate must be physically capable to do the job such as management
As you have not qualified your 12th standard from science stream you want to be eligible
