Whether The Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers (IIChE) Kolkata organisation degree is valid for government jobs or not?

I have done Diploma in Chemical Engineering and working in private sector. Now I want to continue my studies through distance mode so joined in The Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers (IIChE) membership examination. Sir, kindly tell me is that degree valid for the government jobs like UPSC, SSC etc.?
