I am retired person and at present working under contract of a Contractor. Total Gross amount including my salary + Bank Interest on FD + pensions becomes ₹ 764244.00 and after paying Income Tax and showing details tuition fee net income remains ₹ 5,16,964.00.

My son requires OBC Non-creamy layer certificate for applying in Government Jobs.

Hence I want to know whether he is eligible for the certificate on the basis of my Net Income of ₹ 516964.00. I solicit your reply to my above query so that can proceed further.
