Why certification from All India Talim Ghar is not considerable in UP TET exam?

please tell me urdu muallim course & urdu certificate aligarh is valid for upp t.e.t but urdu certi ficate all india talim ghar lucknow is not valid why tell me? please reply soon.. |

i completed 2001 U.T.C from All India Ghar Lucknow Can you Explain to me this course is valid or not if not #Why# If yes why is not giving chance Government for the job.
