Which is widely accepted between IELTS and TOEFL?
Which is the most generally accepted English language test exams between IELTS and TOEFL? Does each of the certificates of both exams expires i.e., remains valid for certain period of time?

The TOEFL and IELTS are two of the most widely accepted tests to certify your English proficiency.
TOEFL score is valid for 2 years. If you take it more than once, Universities will usually only considered the most recent score. There are two versions of IELTS: Academic and general training. Academic is for candidates who want to enroll in those Universities and other Institutions of Higher Education that requires the students to be proficient in English language. There is no official expiration date, Institutions do not considered an IELTS older than 2 years. |
