Will I be eligible for government job or higher education after passing B.Tech from BPUT University


I am a btech final year student of BPUT university.I couldn't clear a paper within the course time,which i want to skip..so if i skip the paper then will i eligible for any government job or higher eduction(M.tech/MBA).

am i in get in my intermediate with 51% and B. tech with 64.37% so how to get a government job.

i hv completed my b-tech in ETE branch with 7.6 cgpa but want to skip a paper .is it create any problem to do MBA?
