SYNTEL is the top most MNC company. So the criteria is too high. The training of SYNTEL is the better than other software company.

The eligibility criteria for SYNTEL :-

1)You must score 50% in through out in career.
2)Backlog are not allowed.
3)Maximum 1 years gape are allowed.

The Selection process of SYNTEL:-

1)Aptitude Test.
2)Technical Test
3)Personal Interview.

Dear pal, one backlog do not spoil your carrier there are lot of people who are in good position inspite of their backlog in their college life. Having secured more than 70% which is the first class is your plus point. And moreover you are in 7th semester and you can clear it before the end of fourth year. So do not worry about it at all. Prepare well for your campus placement. You are eligible to apply are they do not reject persons for single backlog. All the best

10th persentage is46.2% but my12th 70%

In 10th persentage is 61.5%, In 12th 48.5%, IN degree 65.5%,In present MCA I having 76.5%..so i will eligible or not sir.......

Am I eligible to apply for any company having secured 57% in 10th, 49% in 12th and 73.4% in B.C.A and 74% upto 4th semester of M.C.A?

sir i am in 7th semester and i am not having any running backlogs but i had a backlog in 2nd semester which is cleared and my aggregate in b-tec till 7th semester is 69% with 68% in 10th and 75% in 12th am i eligible for campus placement in syntel.
