dear friend,
you can definitely get an admission in foreign university after having 3 backlogs in 1st year.

normally they pay more attention in 10th and 12th results.

i have not done internal exams for 1st semester and 2nd semester, i was late to pay the backlog fee of 1st sem exams and therefore i have also missed internal exams for 2nd sem, 1st year, please advise me
