my cut off 167.75% shall i get medical mbbs or bds we are under SCA.

I belong to SC community,and my cut-off is 162.75.Is there any chance for me to get a MBBS set?

MBBS stands for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. The duration of this course is five and half years.
B.D.S. or Bachelor of Dental Surgery is an undergraduate Dentistry course. The duration of Bachelor of Dental Surgery course is four or five years. As per my knowledge, you are not eligible to get MBBS/BDS seat in 2nd phase counseling after scoring 167.5 cutoff. As per my suggestion you can apply for admission in private college which accept your score.
