Will I get offer letter if cleared all rounds of IBM but have 52% in 12th and 2 years study gap?

I have two years of gap because i did my puc in that period and with the grade of 52%. So is this will affect to me in job will I get an offer letter? I have cleared all the round in IBM, but i have 2 year of education gap. Is that will affect my offer letter?
