Hai,
Yes friend, There is a Preliminary Examination and after Mains examination. IES-Indian Engineering Service. This exam held only once in a year under UPSC. Eligibility details:- Applicant must be complete Engineering graduation in any of the following stream from a recognised university. You must be a citizen of India. Final year persuing students also eligible for IES exam. Percentage is not problem to apply IES examination. Age limits:- Applicants age should be in between 21 years to 30 years. Relaxation:- 3 years for OBC category, 5years for SC/ST category. There is a selection process in this exam,the selection process consist of 3 stages those are given below. Stages in Selection:- ***Preliminary Examination, ***Mains examination, ***Personal Interview. Number of attempts and chance:- 4 times for General category candidates, 7 times for OBC category candidates, No limit for SC/ST category candidates.
