Am I eligible to apply in East Central Railway Group-C Sports Quota recruitment being a district level Badminton player?


My name is Anirban Singh and I want to apply in Group-C recruitment of East Central Railway. But I came to know that this recruitment is based on Sports Quota. I am a district level Badminton player. Am I eligible to apply in this recruitment?

If you have played till district level, then surely you can apply for sports quota jobs in railways. You just need to have all the documents to claim the quota.

Indian railway will asses your sporting skills through a screening procedure. Only the best candidates will be selected under this quota.
