The first thing I would like to let you know that IRS (Indian Revenue Services) comes under Civil Services and therefore to join IRS, you are required to qualify the Civil Services examination held by UPSC once every year.

Further, the basic education required for appearing in the Civil Services examination is just a bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Students pursuing final year of their degree course are also eligible.

So, being a student of B.Sc. in Electronics degree course, you are eligible for join IRS after completion of your degree course as far as the educational requirement for the same is concerned.

For complete information regarding the same examination, you can refer to the link www.upsc.gov.in.
