Can I apply for IBPS exam after 49.407% in graduation?
Hello Sir, I have completed my graduation, but in graduation overall percentage is 49.407 % but in 12th it is 70%. Can I apply for IBPS exam?

As per my knowledge there is no specific percentage required in graduation for IBPS exam. Qualifications for IBPS exam is :
1 Candidates must have completed their graduation in any stream from a recognized university. 2. Age of candidates must be in between 21 to 30 years. Thanks |

Yes, you are certainly eligible to apply for IBPS Examination's with 49.407% marks in Graduation. I suggest you to first get the detailed eligibility criteria in order to appear in IBPS based entrance examination's.

IBPS stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection.
For Institute of Banking Personnel Selection examination candidate must have passed graduation from a recognized university. The age of candidate must be in between 21 to 30 years. Also age relaxation is provide for ST/SC/OBC category as per govt rule. The selection of candidate will be done on the basis of Written test and Personal Interview. As per my knowledge, you are eligible to apply for IBPS exam after 49.407% in graduation. |

IBPS stands for Institute of Banking and Personnel Selection. IBPS conducts common written exam for clerk and Probationary officer post in different banks.
1. You must have done bachelor's degree from a recognized university to apply for IBPS examination either for clerk and PO exam. You can apply for IBPS exam with 49.407% of marks in bachelor's degree. 2. Age limit for IBPS clerk is 20-28 years and for PO is 20-30 years. Yes, you can apply for Institute of Banking and Personnel Selection Common Written examination with 49.407% marks in graduation. The best thing about government job entrance exams is that they just require passing percentage of marks in bachelor's degree. There is no specific cut off percentage to apply for government exams.
IBPS conducts common written exam for post of clerk and probationary officer post in different Public Sector banks. The minimum age limit to apply for IBPS common written examination is 20 years. |

I.B.P.S stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection and it is examination conducting body for recruitment in banking jobs.
The common minimum eligibility to appear for different recruitment as Clerk/PO etc is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university with minimum qualifying marks. To appear for IBPS examination you should have completed your bachelor's degree from a recognized college/university. There is no such percentage required to appear for this examination. However, if you score minimum 55% to 60% then it would be quite better for you. Your age should be in between 20 to 30 years for PO position and 20 to 28 years for Clerk position. Age relaxation will be applicable for the reserved category candidates. As you have scored 40.407% in graduation, so you are eligible to apply for IBPS examination.

IBPS stands for Institute of Banking and Personnel Service and it conducts different bank examinations for recruitment of bank officials in different branches of over 20 nationalized banks of India.
--> The minimum eligibility criteria required for appearing in IBPS bank examination are as here under :- * You must have the nationality of India. * Your age must lie within 20 years to 28 years for the post of bank clerk and 21 years to 30 years for the post of bank probationary officer. Further age relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates as per the government norms. * You must have at least completed your bachelor degree course in any stream from a recognized university. Further aggregate in the same degree does not matters for one's eligibility for the same examination. * You must have basic knowledge to operate computers along with good communication skills. So having completed your graduation with 49.40% you are eligible for appearing in IBPS examination for the recruitment at bank clerk and bank PO posts on the basis of your educational qualification. Further you might be eligible for your recruitment as specialist officer if your stream of academics is per the requirement norm for the same post. The full form of IBPS is Institute of Banking and Personnel Selection. The requirements for entrance exam of IBPS is:
*You should have done graduation from a UGC recognized university. *Age limit for clerical post is 20-28 years and that for Probationary officer is 20-30 years. You can apply for IBPS exam with 49.4% marks in graduation. |
