Can I apply for TNPSC Group 2 if waiting for backlogs result?
I have finished my B.Tech(2011 passed out) and waiting for course compltion. Whether I can apply for the group exams such as TNPSC Gr II?

No you cannot, since when you are applying you have to enter the passing year of Degree. If you haven't cleared all subjects then you might not have got the consolidated CGPA and Mark Sheets. So you are ineligible to attend Group 2 exam conducted by TNPSC.
Qualifications of TNPSC Group 2: -You should be a degree Holder -Citizen of India -Age Limit (According to Community) |

Hi, I completed B.Tech and i got my consolidate marksheet but i didn't get provisional certificate. can I apply for tnpsc group 2A exam ?
