In order to apply for Group I exam or Group II exam, conducted by Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, you will have to wait for the notification which has not been yet published for the year 2012. Once the notification is published and the application forms are released, you will be able to obtain those application forms from any of the Post offices in Tamil Nadu.

Apart from this you may also get the application form from:

Now, if you want to apply online, this facility has also been made available by Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission and will be available on the commissions official website.
