Yeah after completing B.E Electronics and Telecommunication you can apply for a job in IOCL(Indian Oil Corporation Ltd).You are satisfying the education qualification needed for applying as the education qualification states that the candidate should have completed a Degree from a recognized university with 65% aggregate and this is for General category candidates. There is relaxation for other category candidate like for SC/ST/PWD it is 55%.

Along with this you need to have written GATE exam, in which you should have scored :

# General category - 73.33
# SC/ST - 53.67
# OBC - 66.33

If you satisfy them all then you can apply for getting a job in IOCL.
