No, female candidates are not eligible to join the Indian Air Force after 12th from a recognised board.

The minimum required qualification to join Air Force is candidate must have passed 12th with PCM as main paper and must be male candidates.

But, you can join Air Force through AFCAT after bachelor degree as in technical branch, flying branch and Ground Duty.

The age limit and stream of bachelor degree varies with the different recruitment. For more information about examination visit at www.careerairforce.nic.in
