Re: How to be an I.F.S officer after completion of +2?
After completing Intermediate you are not eligible to apply for IFS Examination. To apply for IFS Exam you must have a completed degree course in any stream from a recognized University or equivalent qualification. You must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years as on 1st August of the year of examination. So first qualify your graduation and than apply for IFS Examination.
To join Indian Foreign Service, you need to crack the Civil Service Examination. Civil Service Examination is conducted by UPSC. The exam notification will be released in the month of February. The exam will be held in the month of June or July. Civil Service Examination is consist of various levels like Civil Service Aptitude Test, Main Examination and Personal Interview. |
