Engineering Branchs suited for Indian Engg.service(IES)? Can anyone please tell me the INDIAN ENGG. SERVICE selection of subjects

IES i.e Indian Engineering Service Examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission Once in a year. To apply for IES Examination the candidate must be completed engineering degree. The Engineering degree from any recognized University or equivalent qualification. This examination is conducted for recruitment to Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.

The above branch candidates are eligible to apply for this examination. If you are not belongs to above branches than you may opt any one of the above branches to apply for this examination. Even those who are possessed M.Sc degree or equivalent with Wireless Communication, Electronics, Radio Physics or Radio Engineering May also eligible to apply for this examination. Minimum age is 21 years old to apply for this examination. Even appearing in the final exam of degree course may also eligible to apply.

Engineering Service Exam notification not released yet but you can expect the notification in the month of March or April in the official website of UPSC as well as employment news paper.
