Is there any future prospect in cracking Government Service after scoring Ist class in M.Sc Biological science excepting teaching profession ?

Other than the teaching profession, you can join JRF ( Junior Research Fellowship ). Candidates to join JRF have to appear and qualify in UGC NET.

UGC NET is conducted twice in a year. The required educational qualification is that candidate must passed master degree from a recognised university with minimum 55% aggregate and relaxation for the reserved category.

So, you can apply for it, if you are not interested in teaching profession.

Depending on your interest, as per your educational qualifications you have career options in administrative service through PSC examinations, defense services, banking jobs, job options through SSC examination, group C and group D posts in railways or post offices, options in state Police, etc. provided you hold the essential qualifications (i.e; eligibility criteria) other than the educational qualifications. You can also for research options in research organization or go for higher studies like P.HD. and post doctoral etc..

Yes, there are many government jobs that you can apply for after scoring first class in MSC biological science.
