Both BCA and B.Sc IT streams have their own importance and advantages. But as far as my knowledge is concerned, I would strongly suggest you to go with B.C.A (Bachelor of Computer Applications) course in order to find good career path. I can say that you may find good number of advantages of doing BCA over B.Sc (IT) course. After successful completion of this BCA course, you may even go for MCA course. After completion of MCA course, you may find employment opportunities in Multi National Companies, Industries or Organizations.

Yes ,your score is good enough to get the admission in the any courses on the basis of board 10+2 marks.

But it is difficult to state you about whether you are eligible or not. The eligibility to get the admission in the BCA is :-
* Candidate must have passed the 10+2 from the recognised board. Other than this you must have Physics and Chemistry with Biology or Mathematics. It is three year course.

Some of the best colleges for the BCA course is :-
* Christ College , Karanataka.
* Stella Marris College , Tamil Nadu.
* Presidency College , Bengaluru.

For the B.SC IT it is compulsory to have PCM as the main subject in the + from the recognised board. There is different eligibility on the basis of the board aggregate for the different colleges and university.

So you can go with anyone you want to join and thinks that you have interest and can perform well in it.
