There is no any best recommended course to pursue in bachelor degree to qualify in PCS examination.

As, candidates of different stream are eligible to clear the PCS examination even the candidates can select the optional paper other than their discipline paper to qualify in examination.

So, as per your interest you can select any course in degree and try to pursue it so as to select it as mains paper which is second stage for PCS examination and it is not an easy task to qualify in examination.
