No, B.Sc degree holder candidates are not eligible for NET exam.

NET stands for National Eligibility Test. This exam is conducted by UGC.

The educational qualification required for NET exam is masters degree from a recognized university with above 55% marks. 5% relaxation is given for SC/ST category candidates. Final year student are also eligible for NET exam.

There is no age criteria for NET exam but for JRF posts, your age should be below 28 years.

For more details about NET exam click on the official link http://www.ugc.ac.in

NET stands for National Eligibility Test conducted by UGC (This year by CBSE)
for Assistant Proffesor or Junior Research Fellowship.
Eligibility criteria for applying are such that candidate must
i)secured minimum 55%(without rounding off) in their Master's degree/equivalent from any recognized university .
ii)appearing for Master's degree or equivalent

So, you are not eligible to apply for NET .
Also , it is necessary for a candidate to apply for apply for the subject which he/she studied or studying in Post-graduation.

First of all, you have to complete your Master's to become eligible for NET Physics only not for NET Maths.

No you are not eligible to appear for UGC-NET/CSIR NET exam after B.Sc degree.
You need to be a post graduate appearing in final year/passed.

Minimum eligibility for appearing in UGC NET is:
Passed/appearing in Master's degree/equivalent from any recognized university with minimum 55% marks.

So first go for your post graduation and then apply

First things first.
NET is for post graduates. Graduate candidate can't apply for NET.
So currently you are not eligible.
And subject of NET is subject of your Post graduation.
So if you get into M.Sc Maths then you can appear for Maths.
But before all that, it would be advisable to check out NET papers of previous years for Maths and Physics both.
Having interest and having expertise are two different things. Check out the papers and then judge.
