Can I do Graduation after passing my class 10 and then I have completed electrical diploma..

For becoming eligible for graduation , it's important for a candidate to have completed class 12th from a recognised board

Or else do diploma after 10th , then you don't have to do 11th and 12th and you can directly apply to college.

Those who have completed class 10 and have crossed 21 years of age can appear for one entrance exam conducted by IGNOU and once they clear the entrance , they can study the degree course of 3 years duration and get the degree.

Yes, you can go for a graduation degree course having completed diploma in electrical degree course instead of regular intermediate degree course i.e; Class 12th after your Class 10th as diploma courses are equivalent to regular Class 12th studies for admission to graduation degree course.
