I completed my SSC in 2000 and dropped out from diploma in 2003. And did not continue due to personal reasons. I want to complete my HSC and graduation now..its is possible for me to start HSC and move on to complete my graduation in any stream

If you are interested, you can compete your class 12th privately.
As you have already completed class 10th, you can fill the form of class 12th privately.
There are various universities that offer private learning.
After completing class 12th privately, you can again fill the form for graduation through correspondence.
Or if you want you can also take regular classes.
In whatever stream you are interested you can fill the form with that.

The first thing I would like to let you know that the basic education required for pursuing H.Sc. (Higher Secondary) degree course i.e; Class 12th is Class 10th i.e; secondary school certificate examination from a recognised board of education and that for a graduation degree course is Class 12th from a recognised board of education.

So, having completed your Class 10th, you are certainly eligible for pursuing Higher Secondary degree course and thereafter graduation degree course irrespective of the gap years after your Class 10th.
