Respected Sir, Can I get admission for B.Com for the academic year 2016-17 if I had chosen Maths-Biology as my 12th subject? If yes then how much should I score in class 12th for admission? Please answer as soon as possible.

B.Com stands for Bachelor of Commerce and the minimum qualification to pursue this course is 12th standard from a recognized board. As you have completed 12th standard with Mathematics and Biology, so you are eligible to pursue B.Com after that.

Candidates who have completed their 12th standard in commerce stream or have taken economics/mathematics as one of their subject from a recognized board are eligible to pursue B.Com. Some colleges/universities only accept those candidates who are from commerce stream. But make sure that you have scored minimum 50% marks in 12th and should have passed in mathematics.

You can get admission in Bachelor of Commerce after completion of 10+2 with Mathematics and Biology. There is some percentage reduction for candidate who change stream in bachelor's degree in top university like Delhi University.

*You are science stream candidate and now want to take admission in commerce stream in bachelor's degree, your 2.5% or 3% etc will be deducted while calculating cut off for admission in case of Delhi University. The percentage of marks required for admission in top colleges is above 95%. You should aim to score more than 95% for admission in the top most college of Delhi University.

Yes you are eligible to pursue B.Com after intermediate with Science stream. As because there is no any special criteria declared for changing stream. You need to score atleast 60% marks. But for admission you need to give entrance exam and after qualifying you have to score cut off marks. Then only you will be eligible to get admission.
