Sir,
I have got 18500 rank in IPUCET, am I able to get any college ?
I am in Delhi and belongs to general category.
So, in which college I will get admission in B.Tech course?
Kindly let me know about this.

Your chances of studying B.Tech through the IPUCET is there but it is very less.
It is impossible to predict which college you may get as you have not mentioned any branch choice and a lot depends on the branch that you want to study.
Since you are from the general category your chances are less when it comes to getting the chance to study Engineering in the more attractive branches of Engineering.
So you will have to attend the Counselling Process when it starts and then only you will be able to find out the college where you can study the course of B.Tech.
It will be easier to tell about colleges if you reply back with the choice of stream in which you want to pursue your Engineering course.
