sir I got 9492 rank in eamcet please reply me which course is better either bams or biotechnology engineering as per my score?

Their is very much difference between BAMS and Biotechnology that is :

Bams is the study of ayurvedic medicine. It is the bachelor degree in ayurvedic medicine and surgery;whereas Biotechnology is the technology application that uses living system or their derivatives to produce the biological products .
