Detailed information about CLAT for Commerce student?


hello
i have passed 12th class in commerce .
i wanna do clat for BBALLB.
so i want to know about clat
plaese any one tell me about clat .

CLAT stands for Common Law Admission Test. It is an all India entrance examination which is conducted on rotation by 16 National Law Universities (NLUs) for admissions to their under-graduate and post-graduate degree programmes (LL.B. & LL.M.). Eligibility criteria required to appear in CLAT examination is mentioned below :-

--> You must have obtained Higher Secondary School/ Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent certificate with not less than aggregate of 45% (40% for SC and ST) marks from a recognized Board.

--> You must be below 20 years of age as on 1st July of the year of examination.Upper age relaxation of 2 years is applicable in case of SC/ST and Persons with Disability candidates.

By satisfying the above mentioned eligibility criteria, you can appear in CLAT examination and by qualifying CLAT examination, you can get admission in LLB course.

You are eligible to apply for CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) 2015 examination with 12th class (Commerce) as an educational qualification. CLAT 2015 examination is organized by Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University. The undergraduate programme offered by National Law universities are,
* B.A LL.B (Hons)
* B.Sc LL.B (Hons)
* B.A.A LL.B (Hons)
* B.Com LL.B (Hons)
* B.S.W LL.B (Hons) degrees

Educational Qualification to pursue B.A LLB degree through CLAT:

>> Candidates must have obtained HSC (Higher Secondary School) or Intermediate (10+2) certificate or its equivalent certificate in any stream. Since you have passed 12th class in Commerce stream, you are eligible to appear for CLAT UG Programme entrance examination.

Age Criteria: (As on 1st July, 2015)

Maximum age: 20 years

For SC/ ST/ PWD - 22 years

Yes, you are eligible for LLB course through CLAT exam.

CLAT stands for Common Law Admission Test.

If you have completed 12th standard from any stream with above 50% marks then you are eligible to attend in CLAT exam for admission in Under graduate course.

The candidate age should not be more than 20 Years for under graduate course.

Pattern for LLB course through CLAT exam:-

Total Marks for CLAT:200 marks, Total Questions:200

1). English including Comprehension(40 Marks)
2). General Knowledge/Current affairs(50 Marks)
3). Elementary Mathematics(20 Marks)
4). Legal Awareness(45 Marks)
5). Reasoning(45 Marks)

You are eligible for this examination after XII.

Your age should not be more than 20 years to apply for CLAT.

You should have secured a minimum of 50% marks in 12th.

Common Law Admission Test is an all India national Law entrance examination conducted for admission into Undergraduate and Post-Graduate courses.

The dates for submission of application forms for CLAT 2015, started on January 1 and the last date will be March 31.
The cost for application fee is Rs 4000 for General category students and Rs 3500 for reserved category students.

For UG courses, students should have scored minimum 45% in class 12.

CLAT stands for Common Law Admission Test .The examination is conducted every year for the admission in different Law university around the country for LL.B and LL.M courses.

The eligibility criteria is candidates must have +2 degree from any stream with at least 45% aggregate in +2.
There is no limitations on age from this year (2015) .
The examination is of 200 marks and the questions are generally of Mathematical Ability, English ,General knowledge and Verbal and Non Verbal questions.
There is provision of negative marks on each wrong answer.
