Graduation with 59.8% could not be considered as 60%?
If any company asks eligibility 60% through out academic record upto msc, and someone got 59.8% in graduation level, could she eligible to get job or not?

As far as my best knowledge is concerned, marks secured less than 60% Mark's will not be treated as 60% marks...I.e., it may not be rounded.
Most of the companies offering jobs to the candidiates are so particular about the qualification criteria as well as percentage criteria. Hence if company requires 60% Mark's throughout the academics means, you need to get the following percentage in respective courses. >> In 10th Class- 60% Mark's >> In 12th Class- 60% marks >> In Graduation - Strictly 60% marks |

You are not eligible to apply for those recruitment where the required minimum eligibility is 60%.
59.8% is not equivalent to 60%. |

If any company asks eligibility 60% throughout the academic record and if you got some 59.8% then they will not consider it. If it mentioned 60 it means 60, not 59.9 or 59.8. Some government and private organizations are strict about their criteria and specifically concerned with their minimum percentage requirements.

Government sector is specially concerned with their minimum percentage requirements. is there criteria is 60% and you are having 59.9 percent they won't allow you.
So if you you have completed your graduation with the 59.8 percent then it is not equivalent to 60%. Percentage is enough to get government and private jobs. |

No, 59.80% marks cannot be rounded off to 60% marks while applying for any job unless and until it is explicitly mentioned in the eligibility criteria of the job advertisement.
So, if it is clearly mentioned that a candidate is required to have secured atleast 60% marks upto M.Sc. degree to be eligible for filling the job then a candidate with 59.8% marks in graduation degree is not eligible for the same job. |

No, 60% means 60% even if it is 59.99% also you are not eligible. There is lot of difference between 59.8% and 60%. If you are 60% you are a first class pass applicant but 59.85% fall in the second class category. And % cannot be rounded up at anytime.

°°° No, 59.8% could not be considered as 60%.
However, personally I would like to suggest you to appear in the interview and take your interview with all enthusiasm and full of positivity. If your interview goes well then, you can expect the authorities to select you because your percentage is just on the borderline and your selection totally depends upon your interview and their decision. |

Sorry but you cannot. Most of the companies does not allow aspirant below their set criteria. They demand for exact the same criteria they require. Still there are many companies who does not have any eligibility criteria regarding academic percentages. You can try for that.

Graduation with 59.8% could not be considered as 60%?
As the companies rules are that you should have an aggregate of 60% in class 12th or graduation level. So, as you have 59.5% it is equal to 60%. You need a minimum of 60% marks to get admission to a post-graduation course and to get a job. |

No , that is not not the case .
If candidate has secured 59.8%, then it will be counted as same. You can't round if off and make it 60%. It will be counted as 59.8%. |
