How can become a Bodybuilder and open my own Gym?


I have physical education subject so I want to be a bodybuilder model and get own gym, how can I do it?

First, you have to select a location where you want to open the Gym. Next, you have to get all the required licenses and hire Certified Trainers. Next, you have to bring all the required equipment. Also, you have to promote it by giving advertisement for it. Also, you have to maintain it properly to run the business successfully.

If one aims of starting a small gym , then the basic equipment cost would come around Rs 5 lacs while a bigger gym with advanced equipment can cost upto 50 lacs.
The cost varies depending on size, location, facility and the type of gym .

To get started in bodybuilding , one needs to find a gym , start weight training and design your diet to match your routine.
For becoming a bodybuilder
# find a good gym
#Familiarise with important muscle group and basic anatomy
# prioritize your goals
# Learn proper form for each exercise
# consult a Nutrionist
# Figure out how to pay bills
# prepare for long haul
# Better training
# Good diet
All these points have to be kept in mind for bodybuilding.
