I miss my 12th exam due to illness &
I filled the form of jee mains this year
but I can't attend the exam then
how many times I can give jee mains?????

You can appear for JEE Mains examination maximum of three times. You need to utilise these three chances as mentioned below :-
1. 1st Attempt :- In the year when you are appearing in 12th standard examinations.
2. 2nd & 3rd Attempt :- In the next two consecutive years after completion of your 12th standard.

Since, you have not appeared in JEE Mains examination last year when you have completed 12th standard, now you can apply for JEE Mains examination in this year.

If you have completed 12th standard from a recognized board with physics, chemistry and mathematics with above 50% marks then you are eligible for JEE mains exam. 5% marks relaxation is provided for SC/ST category.

You can apply consecutive three time in JEE mains exam.

Your age should be in between 17 to 25 years.

There is a maximum limit for the number of attempts for a candidate willing to appear in the JEE.

The maximum number of attempts is 3 on 3 consecutive years including the 12th appearing year.

You first have to clear all the subjects of 12th successfully then only you will be eligible to get the admission through JEE.

You can sit for JEE Entrance exam only for two times. 1st time during the completion of your 12th standard and 2nd time just after 1 year of the completion of your 12th standard.

You can appear for 3 attempts in consecutive years for JEE Mains.
You can appear at the current year of passing 12th and then 2 consecutive years after that.
AS you have lost 1 chance,you will have 2 more attempts.Prepare well and crack the exam.

JEE stands for Joint entrance examination and the examination is held by Central board of secondary education once every years for the purpose of selection of students for pursuing of their bachelor of technology course from top government colleges like IITs , IIITs , NITs etc and other private engineering colleges of India .

The examination is held in two stages which are as :-

Step I :- JEE Mains for which you must have done your 12th or pursuing final

of same with physics , chemistry and mathematics as your main

subjects from a recognized board .

Step II:- JEE Advance for which you must have qualified JEE Mains

examination as well as you must be among the top 20% student of

your respective board on the basis of marks secured in 12th board.

You can appear in JEE Mains examination at max three attempts and that too if you are appearing consecutively .

You can appear 3 Times in JEE Mains.You have to crack this exam in these three attempts.I suggest you that don't think that you have 2 another attempts are remaining for next year.Suppose that first attempt is the last attempt for you and prepare like it.You have three attempt including the year when you passed the 12th class.So don't waste your attempts and time in any thing.Practice and Prepare well for this Exam.
Some points will help you to secured good marks.
1.Don't waste your time in gossip with your friends.
2.Don't waste your time in watching TV and Operating Mobiles.
3.Make a time table for Study.
4.Don't study continuously for more than 2-3Hours.
5.Study in Group is well.
